Design of repairs to be carried out on the abutment and approach ramp to Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos - Nigeria

The scope of work consists in restoring the damaged abutment and the displaced approach ramp to TMB in Lagos and in protecting the abutment from the lowering of ground due to erosion.

The design concerns the following aspects:

• restoration of the abutment and of the six columns of the piers adjacent to it, including the replacing of the bearings
• replacing of the joints between the Third Mainland Bridge and the Lagos Ring Road
• protection of the eroded part of the Lagoon bottom adjacent to the abutment.
